THE DEADLY TRUTH
America’s experience with mass murder associated with gun toting terrorists from foreign lands is a new phenomenon. Safe to say that America would be experiencing more frequent attacks if it had an unarmed populace mirroring those in Europe where entire countries are gun-free zones.
Both the president and congressional demoCrap wasted no time in exploiting the latest son and daughter of Islam attack of an Orlando nightclub. Predictably, demoCrap used the tragedy to stage a cleverly disguised fundraising opportunity at the expense of the dead. While their childish sit-in in violation of House of Representatives rules did nothing to advance the discussion of crime control, the taxpayers did get to pick up the “protestors” salaries and their catering tab.
THE REAL FACTS
demoCrap narrative is deeply founded in intentionally promoted ignorance. The reality is that:
- Background Checks Do Not Stop High Profile Attackers
- More People Are Killed With Clubs, Hammers Than Rifles
- AR-15s Are Not “Automatic” Rifles–the fact remains that AR-15s are semiautomatic firearms. They shoot one round–and only one round–each time the trigger is pulled..like handguns.
- Guns Are Legally Used For Self-Defense Purposes Approximately 760,000 A Year in the U.S.
- Gun-Free Zones Are Killing Fields– All of these shooting occurred in “gun-free” zones.
The Orlando terror attack – 50 killed.
Umpqua Community College – 9 killed
Chattanooga military offices – 5 killed
Fort Hood – 3 killed
Earlier Fort Hood – 13 killed
DC Navy Yard – 12 killed
Sandy Hook Elementary – 26 killed
Aurora movie theater – 12 killed
Virginia Tech campus – 32 killed
That’s Eight gun-free zones, 207 firearm-related deaths.
- More children under 10 are killed by fire, drowning and grandmothers with Alzheimer’s than accidental gun deaths.
It would be one thing if Executive Orders signed by the current president on “gun control” and those made into law at the state level have proven to be effective in reducing gun violence anywhere. THEY HAVE NOT.
THE REAL AGENDA
The demoCrap agenda is NOT about preventing “gun violence.” Their agenda is about creating a more compliant citizenry and antagonizing weak-kneed republiCant politicians concerned more with their career than fending off assaults on the Constitution.
When adopted by other countries, mass disarmament as proposed by demoCrap has never ended well for the citizenry.
DEADLY REALITY
Here are a few examples:
1911 – Turkey disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1915 – 1917 they murdered 1.5 million Armenians.
1929 – Russia disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1929 – 1953 they murdered 20 million Russians.
1935 – China disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1948 – 1952 they murdered 20 million Chinese.
1938 – Germany disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1939 – 1945 they murdered 16 million Jews.
1956 – Cambodia disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1975 – 1977 they murdered 1 million Educated people.
1964 – Guatemala disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1964 – 1981 they murdered 100,000 Mayan Indians.
1970 – Uganda disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1971 – 1979 they murdered 300,000 Christians.
The 2nd amendment is NOT about protecting hunter’s rights.
The 2nd Amendment IS about individual citizens having the ability and the right to defend one’s self and one’s family whether that threat is a burglar, a terrorist or even the Federal Government. A disarmed population is fair game for any head of state aspiring to lead a dictatorship.
Washington lobbyists only play into time worn political extortion rackets.
